I ran it initially with a Tekin 5.5 550 motor, no issues.

uuugh my second 3year old GT2.0LPF died on me last nite...

Both went out the same way. Put car on the track for some practice and half lap into the run everything stops dead. And all i got is a solid red LED... no heat,no smoke,no fire....

Frustration to say the least. But i guess 3 years is a good run..??

Waiting on upgrades from speedpassion is excruciating though. For the past 3 weeks i have been playing email tag with speedpassion. This is for 2 others i sent in late november



should i call? Are my emails hitting a spam filter?

Do you still get an audible sound when you are in program mode, and attempt to program it using the regular sequence? Does the esc work when out of program mode? Did you accidentally have the lipo batt connected when attempting to program?

Can't get into program mode using the switch and button. ESC just beeps continuously.

ESC works fine out of program mode. Can program using LED box or PC without any problems

The battery and fan are always disconnected when programing with a PC.

is there anyone using reventon pro with tenshock sc411 ? in running a team c TS4 TEAM KIT..currently running hobbywing sctpro+tenshock sc411 4600KV..planning to upgrade the esc to reventon pro to try turbo boost in sc...is there any recomend setup on the esc ? im running in a astro turf track

Right now Reventon PRO is not compatible with any 4 poles motor including TenShock motors.

Definatly will burn up the speedo Might work on a GT pro not a reventon. I have tried it

I would do three things:
1: Check your batteries, make sure they are 2s and fully charged and polarity is correct. Also, You cannot run a 1S lipo with reventon S,R, Stock club.
2.: Turn off the low voltage protection in the settings when you have it hooked up to the PC, then try.
3: Unplug your servo and try a different receiver, just in case during these checks...

We have run the Tekin 4000 4 pole with a GT2.0 Pro for two seasons without issue- except a few switches going bad, which is no biggie. However, when I tried it with the Revtech 4800 it ran much too hot (we run with thermal protection off), but it hit 200 degrees. So I would say that a 4600 would do pretty much the same. Get a 4000 or find a different esc- really hate to recommend the RX8 as I loathe the feel of Tekin stuff, but it's proven to handle the load from high kv 4 poles.

I ordered the GT2.0 pro and a V2 6.5, well no complaints i got a 6.5 V3.o (which is $20 more on the sites). So a shipping error or were out of the V2 either way happy on that, Thank you. Cant wait to get this hooked up in my B44.1(hopefully buying to revention r i think for stock racing next for son and I

will be trying the SP Gt 2.0Pro with a tekin 4600Kv and will report back.

Problem solved :nod: I'm 99.9% sure the Reventon R ESC did not originally beep continuously when switched on with the button held down. I read the Pro manual today and that's exactly what should happen!! The R manual does not mention this. Tried again, ignoring the beeps and it calibrated :) I guess the updated software changed the R to be the same as the Pro when calibrating.
