anyone run the Revtech 4800kv motor with the Speed Passion GT 2.0 Pro ESCs? If so any issues?

Reventon R with Savox Servo
I am looking to upgrade my Losi 22 with a Reventon and a Savox SC-1257TG servo. I know the Savox are power hungry, so I'm asking here.
Does the Reventon R BEC have enough current capability to work well with the Savox servo on a Spektrum system or am I going to have to go with the Reventon Pro? I don't plan on running anything more than possibly a 7.5 in this buggy if that helps. |
So are the reventon's out yet, or does anyone know when they'll be out? Thanks

the 2 less powerful models are from what I understand.

should I run a sp 10.5 in stock software or mod? I have the software my gt2.0 lpf came with...
in my 2wd buggy,I run for a few minutes and then it runs slow like the battery dumped? I turn it off and back on and it runs fine? esc ran perfect with my 17.5....I didnt replace the sensor wire yet |

I have a Reventon R with spektrum and savox and I needed a Glitch Buster... It is unfortunate that the bec on the Reventon seemed worse than alot of other escs I have used including Tekin.

all the DSM ones like the SR300, SR3000, and SR3500 can have that issue, some less than others.

Did you trip your low voltage cutoff setting? What batteries are you using and what settings exactly?

My first impression would be that the battery you are using is tripping the cutoff value. 3.5V per cell seems a bit high for running in a 2wd buggy. In 1/8 electric I usually got 3.3V per cell on the high side. In 1/10 2wd buggy I would probably do 3.2V per cell. |

strange then.
How does the lipo-cutoff work on the Speed Passion Line of ESCs? Does it do a hard cutoff or does it drop power but let you still go? |
