I have a couple questions about swithching rotors with my SP v3 17.5 and Ultra Sp. v2 11.5/3600 because I noticed the rotors look the same except different turn. Anyway I run nitro but like to mess around with 2wd SCT I would really like to use the can from my v3 17.5 it has much better air flow also I don't have to solder on new connectors and the reason I am wondering is I run at two tracks one is 17.5 SCT other is 10.5 SCT. What effect will switching rotors from a lower turn motor into a higher turn can if compatible have on the motor turn/performance? Might have been stupid question but I am curious! Thanks!
For SCT 2WD stock 17.5...our latest setup is using the super 7 SILVER RED 12.5mm rotor with tall gearing...works great.

I have bought a TD DEX410Rv3 and returning to rc after a 7 year break. There are 4 of us wanting to buy the same setup for social racing on our own track. We do not have a local club for 1/10 so we kinda setting our own standard.
We need to choose a motor and esc comination that will be simple and not too programable but that will perform well and have decent speed. Comming from brushed history I need advice on which turn and esc to use. We would like an esc that can handle down to a lower turn if we need.
I was thinking 10T 4000Kv or so, would that be too slow?
We not experience racers but want something we can grow into speed wise, we also want something standard and ensure all the guys run the same setup, kinda like stock racing i guess.
Your comments welcome...

I hope more will be back instock after September.
If you are running blinky or MOD on 1/10th off road...the GT2 LPF or GT2.1 ProStock will work on off road 2WD or 4WD with boost or no boost (with dynamic timing) or blinky....it will be pushing it when running it on 4x4 SCT with mod 550 motor with boost...I personally think that is POSSIBLE but I just have not try it in person nor anyone did any testing for me....most ppl are all running GT2 PRO because they want the best out of it.
We do not have anything smaller then the GT2 that can do all these MOD racing with boost...usually the smaller ESC are either thermal or they let the magic smoke out after 4 minutes...
The possible smaller unit that will work beside the GT2 PRO...is our new REVENTON PRO.

I can see you want something for the 410 SCT 4x4...unfortunately the ON and OFF ROAD NATIONAL are all happening right now and till the end of August and all the GT2 PRO are reserved for the drivers or already sold out to the drivers.

I'm currently running the GT2.0 Pro in my DEX410 buggy and love it. I ordered the ProStock that will go in my DEX210 whenever it gets shipped. I will most likely order another GT2.0 Pro to replace my Tekin RS which is giving me some issues lately.
Whats the specs on the Reventon Pro?

For the price right now...I would stock several of those and run BOOST with it...get the LCD and use the BOOST software, LPF can do boost just like the PRO except I would not boost anything faster then 6.5 motor with LPF.

LPF and GT2.1 ProStock is capable to run MOD...even with boost. But I prefer to cap it under 6.5T with full boost.
