Another thing I have noticed is that when I received it (yesterday) the first thing I did was update the firmware using V-Link, now it is asking me to do it again and once I have done it and it reboots I then plug back in the v-link adapter and It asks me to update firmware again, yet on the pro gauge its showing A61.

I have reached out the engineers to see what that error code might be, I don't have one with all those lights staying solid.
Brett PM me with what motors you tried - and let me know what motor temp cut off and motor direction settings you have on your gauge.

Well I put both of the Viper VTX10's and vst motors in Brexton's B4.1 buggy and SC10
2wd for the race last night. He had a great night. we had double mains, He got 1rst and 2nd in buggy with 1rst overall, and 1rst in sc10 2wd but pinion came loose in other main on 2nd to last lap and still got 6th, with 3rd overall. Temps have been under control thanks to the help of all you on the forum. He loved havin the vipers in both of his rc's last night.

I have a vtx 10r 7.5 firmware at a55 was wondering could I buy the new designed capacitors that are connected to two wires and solder it to my esc,was reading it has lowered the overall heat quite a bit.

Just remember that the Pro6 isn't a replacement. It's a supplement

I ran a 14 on mine, I don't know what you consider smallish to medium. Maybe 13 to start. Also what profile (Punch and Timing you are running) makes a difference

seem to have a issue with my vtx10 and 8.5. For some reason after I hit a big jump and landed it would lose power for about 4 seconds or so but still would have steering. When it would get going again it was like cogging. But would clear its self up. But if I landed hard again it would happen again. Only thing I did different was I changed to practice mode and raised my LVC to 7.0 or 3.5 per cell. I checked the battery and it had 3.85 per cell left. It was hot outside but the esc and motor didnt seem very warm to the touch, was running it in a 22 buggy with the stock spur geared with a 23 pinion. Suggestions?
