plumb - 6.5 is pushing the 10 a bit. 10R is better for the application. And still a really easier fit.

Ravens - not sure I understand the question. There are quite a few variables with overall run time-- motor, gearing, settings, throttle application, braking, vehicle drivetrain.

Space is and issue on both cars. The more low profile the better. Thanks in advance
You can re-solder the wires and make the 10 or 10r low profile.

Thumbs up Thumbs up for a nice all around product!

I have faith in Viper. This 3900kv copperhead system is really nice and smooth.
I really cant wait to try the 4500kv 550 version in my SC10 4wd.
Thumbs up for Viper for standing behind thier product, and pleasing customers.

Will viper be releasing a 540/550 4 pole sensored setup? I know people say the copper head is smooth, but I always prefer sensored for racing.

We are looking into it

In testing both Copperhead and another popular company's 4 pole sensored motor -- felt almost the same, sometimes Copperhead felt better!!

i run the Copperhead R and 4500kv setup in my SSC Slash 4x4. It is just as smooth as a sensored rig.

I ran a vtx10r in my b44.2 tonight, I love it! I will be buying one as soon as possible. Ran a 5.5 with no issues in blinky! I'm 110% sold

godofcable - thanks for the kind words!!

Speaking of RC Soup, if you get a chance on your internet browsing, go check out their site and look up the Pod Casts from Motorama, I did a pretty cool little interview with Kevin from RC Soup, trackside at Motorama. Check it out.

I have been running the vtx10r and 7.5 combo in my b44.2 and it is the smoothest most powerful and easiest to program I all the systems I've ever tried. I want a vtx10 for my stick buggy now!

Well I got my copperhead system set to profile #5 for racing.
I noticed a little speed increased....that's good since it's on Lipo mode I guess.
This thing is crazy fast, Id say it's the fastest R/C I have right now.
I ran it up and down the street and it's pretty smooth too.
Now all I gotta do is qualify well with it.

Travis Amezcua kicking butt and taking cash (literally) at the Chi Town Shootout.

His Viper powered Durango's not only won in 2wd Mod and 4wd Mod (he TQ'd 4wd Mod), but he also won the Dash for Cash in each class as well, winning cold hard cash!!!!!
