Questions??

Does anyone have pics of the viper mounted in a 22.?

I'd like to see some solder jobs that y'all have done with the viper. I've never soldered angled posts like these.

Re-check all your solder joints - just touch them up to be sure - even plugs (or banana plugs if you use them). In testing with a driver we were having an issue were it would cut off all by itself, after changing all the electronics twice, we found a bad solder joint on a banana plug.

Do the rotor need to be shimmed? My 1 run viper motor rotor is rubbing against rear plastic back plate. Why would I need to shim a rotor??

never seen that on any of my motors but its been sometime since i tore my 8.5 apart after running it for a good 15 packs or so.

its probably self clearance now to the highest of tolerances cant get any worse i guess.

there is a spring inside on the rotor to keep it inline. make sure not to loose that.

I would like to see how you wired for the rear motor. Did you solder the wires at a 90 degree angle?
