Oh I noticed you liked my sig? You missed a good kids party, Arthur showed up with his family. We mainly talked about rc stuff, while the kids jumped in the castle. You would have liked that Rod!

This one will be at TCS Tamiya America HQ, Aliso Viejo, CA. Just kind of a warm up before the Nationals in September.

Great day of racing guys. Racing in the dark was a new experience. I can't even stress how great the weather was. I hope it is the same way at the nats.

I second that. Everyone was friendly and very sportsman like. The competition was a level up for some of us and some surprises on the win. The weather was kind but the change in temperature was a challenge to drivers in regards to set-up. Even the night driving was a disadvantage to one of our favorites. At least it's not the nationals yet. Bring your best on September.

Hi Neil, I started with GT3 and GT1. The goal was to qualify. But surprisingly I made 3rd A-main in GT3. I could have made second but I did not make a clean pass against my team mate Ian Aquino on the turn right after the sweeper and had to wait for him. But I was happy with my run the car was fast and hooked and I drove better than my usual. First time got a metal with a ribbon. I drop GT1 after the first qual because my car was not set-up right and could not control the it a 100% my brushless also had way to much power for the track. I thought I would not stand a chance in top 10 with all the great drivers involved too so decided to just concentrate on GT3. What about you?

I just ran F201. Trouble with qualifying first round. Tires came off of the rim. Second qualifier was tough trying to get through the traffic, but won the heat. Ended up qualifying 8th in the A. Running the A in the twilight was very different, luckily I had a bright car that I can see and a decent start put me second after one lap. Caught the leader three laps later and passed him. He kept charging and was on my tail for the remainder of the race. I was glad the back markers let us both go to race it out. The motor was borrowed from Arthur, I gave it back to him and thank him for the use.
