Novarossi Direct USA's price is the same as $ 259. Mito 4 and Mantra.
But in Novarossi World is more expensive than Direct USA.
All engines why?

Novarossi is obligated to sell at retail, the other isnt and helps many others get into the hobby. Novarossi direct is a good place to buy.

Default Lost pinch quick

So I'm breaking in a roma 25 and temps always 200-210 the whole time.i heat cycled the engine 3 times the first tank and one more the first half of 2nd tank.then the rest of 2.d tank 1/4 throttle,3rd tank 1/4-1/2 varying throttle then 4th tank same as 3rd but a little more 1/2 throttle bursts.afterwards I took the glow plug out to check pinch while hot and it's completely gone but still has pinch when cold.running 30/11 byrons with the 6.5mm insert that cane with engine.so I'm wondering if somehow I screwed up the engine or is it ready this quickly.its never been in dirt, concrete only so far.its kinda worrying me as I've broken in tons of engines and haven't had this happen.thanks for any input guys.

Hello Mfavor,

I would suggest that You should not be worried. A completely Broken-in Race Ready 2 stroke R/C engine will not have "Pinch" when it is Hot or even close to Operating Temperature. It will have a "Pinch" while it is on the resting/room temperature..

Cheers..

Are asking about the glow plug has burnt out? That can happen. Doesn't mean there is a problem with the engine.

Your engine should have pinch after 4 or 5 tanks. I have over 3 quarts of fuel in my novarossi and still not broke in.

I know nothing about Nova pipes. I'm thinking of getting a Legend 4 off. I run buggy and like a lot of snap but would really like to know how specific pipes/manis perform. Any help is much appreciated.

I understand but the price differences are still great.
In some cases more than 100 €.
For me it does not pay to buy in Direct USA because then when I arrive in Portugal I have to pay another 23% TAX on the price.

Yea that's what I figured.so yea when it's cold it's got alot of mechanical pinch still but when at running temp it's smooth and I can roll the flywheel over.so I guess this engine is ready to be beaten on some already.every engine is different so I suppose I'll start leaning it out and having fun with it.ive got a little over 7 tanks through it at this point.thanks alot.

Hello Mfavor,

During the ending cycle of my Break-In Process I usually try to feel if there is still a "Mechanical Pinch" while it's Hot or not. If I could feel there is still a pinch then I will not lean it to Racing Tune. Patiently run the engine again at about 80% until it "Loosen Up" at close to maximum operating temperature..

Cheers..

If only 8 tanks, is it pre-run version?

You'll know when the engine is fully broken in because it will keep consistent tune. A engine will get progressively richer as the engine breaks in (if you don't keep leaning the HSN). Once fully broken in the engine will maintain tune throughout the whole tank. I don't worry about pinch etc just look for the engine 'dropping it's nuts' as detailed above.
