Guess manifold 41021will be general use

ON a stock Paloma/Bonito the 9886.41001 has the most bottom of any of the pipe combos...more midrange and more top end..... everywhere under the curve is stronger with a 9886...the 99012/41021 will neuter the Poloma badly...Some of the pipe recommendations given are bad for this engine.... Long manifolds and 9901 ? maybe if your looking to severely detune the engine ......just like the old recommended 2084 combo, horrible !

9886/41001...on these engines nothing else comes close...

BTT is the same way.9886/41001 out powers everything else, even right off the bottom end...

9886 is no longer valid for ERFA/Ifmar events.

that sucks...as it is quite a well rounded pipe on many of the Nova's...Short pipe with high fuel pressure.Gives great low end throttle response with a good top end run out. Slippery tracks its maybe too much, but if there is traction it works extremely well on the Nova's...Just in the fall time we ran a stock Keep-off 7 port on the 9886/41001 combo and it was extremely impressive on the bottom end, gobs of grunt even with a low clutch stall. With that pipe the engine feels how a ultra long stroke should feel with piles of low RPM power. On our sticky clay track surface it gives the engine tractor like low end where most other pipes seem to sap the bottom end..As counter intuitive as it sounds that pipe and header combo amplify the bottom end much more then the top end on those ultra long stroke Nova's, and visa versa with the long manifold pipe header combo's, the longer the manifold the milder the engine behaves down low

In terms of fuel consumption?

9901 knock off? thats what i heard...not sure if true....

Ok out of all the Nova pipe/manifold combos which one gets the best mileage forget power smoothness all that just best gas mileage?

Is the Jp 2032 the same as the edit 2032? I know that it should be but the front of the JP pipe looks different then the edit pipe. What header to run with the the 2032?

Yeah they looks similar to my Edit. They are no longer approved and are very fragile unless you get the Crono SS version.
I use Novarossi 41001 header.

how about a pipe that is still available? lol

41021/2096
41021/9901

These seem to be the best for mileage. The 2096 has a slight advantage in mileage over the 9901.

Trust me, he knows what he is talking about. If you look at the last page or two of the Murnan motors thread there is a pick of how much fuel is left in my tank after a main. That was with a modded P5 and the 41021/2096 combo.

Anyone have experience with the Beat B4?

TY for the straight answer
