Put a 9853 on that thing and be happy

The 21-4T will have more bottom than BTT, and I agree with kgombe. Strap a 9853 to it and it will be fine. I personally ran that same engine in a truggy for 1.5 years with 41021/9853 pipe/header combo. I was very pleased with overall power and top end in truggy. Use a stiff clutch also. I used stock mugen clutch, dynamite shoes, and 1.1mm springs.

I apologize in advance for my complete and utter laziness for not reading the thread.

I want to know what's up with the new carbs and what's up with Drake being able to pit at 16.5 seconds in buggy and 18.5 in truggy.

Tell me now! lol

What's up Ben! I asked a while ago and nobody really had any info about them so your question is not redundant.
I figured they were produced for runtime but don't think many people have them so reveiew are 0 at the moment.

Default Bonito in buggy?

So I picked up a Bonito for use at larger tracks. Hear its a little soft on bottom. Will I need 1.1s in a buggy?

I plan to use either a re12(9901 clone) or werks 2058 pipe. Buggy is a TKI3.

If you want 9901 performance you ARE NOT going to get it with the re12...Dont let anyone kid you. Some may call it a "clone" but they do not perform the same. I know a few guys who went cheap with the re12 and bitched for weeks they were not happy with there nova based engines. A switch to the 9901 and it wasn't the engines they were bitching about any more I love the 2058 on the p5,plus4, and fusion x3..

I just picked up a Plus 4BTTS. Been looking over this thread for quite some time. There has been quite a bit of talk regarding the P5, not so much the Plus4BTT which I thought was Novarossis "trophy" engine in the .21 class. Perhaps someone could clear this up a bit for me and give there opinion on the engine if they have driven one before.

its one of their high end engines and it works great, but the P5 is what anyone can afford and for the price its awesome.. so more people have them and will run them...
