hey guys! Quick questions here. What would be the best Nova engine for a truggy? (8ight-t 2.0).
The plus 4, Toro or FMS... hehe at this point im really confuse, ive been reading a lot on all 3 of them and they seems all good but one of these must be better for a truggy.
So again which one would be the best all around engine (lots of pwr and good run time).

if you can handle the power the FMS is a monster , if you want smoother with great runtimes use the plus4C

hope this helps,
monty

That was a fast answer Ty Houston

So how much run time will I get with the FMS? Im not a pro driver so my driving is not exactly very smooth... I tend to be heavy on the throttle from time to time.

Oh and would a 9853/41021 pipe be a good combo?

9853ss/41021 or 41005 ar e both awesome combos for the fms

i have seen 13 min. out of the fms in truggy with a light throttle finger and as little as 7 1/2 min with very heavy finger . runtimes can vary dramatically with your fingering of the throttle

Wasnt the SBK-01 a Nova based motor. I got one along time ago when I was Racing for Ron Paris and man it was the bestengine I had ever ran!!!
The owners of Action RC dug big pot wholes infront of a huge Double Double because I was quading it at the 2004 Nats. I was the only one doing it LOL so they came up with some lame excuse to put the pot holes in.

LMAO

2013 will give your engine the lightswitch effect, I tried one and it made mucho power, but my lap times dropped as the power was just too much........thats a nasty pipe for sure.
