Well that makes since as the other is out of a Nitrotec build in 2011

Do you have an idea what the 20 and 25 means

Just received confirmation minutes ago that TEAM SERPENT / NOVAROSSI PRO DRIVER BILLY EASTON will be attending the 2012 Novarossi Challenge held at our race facility in Winnipeg! Very exciting news for us up here to have one of the top drivers come up and race with us.
We will be sure to have our track and facility in top notch condition. Also great to hear Paul C (chicky03) come up as well.

If you haven't booked yet, now is the time!

Agree 100 % castor oil is critical...

Agree 100% bearings should be replaced...tho we have many with no issue on stock bearings, we also have seen too many with issues with the stock bearings...not worth messing around....

That is an excellent tip! I'm having flaming issues on a +4C team as described. Always after a straight followed by a U-turn and it forever flames at that exact spot! Looks like a new 17011 bearing shld hopefully solve my prob! Thx for sharing this!

Need recommendation for a pipe.

Running a Bonito on an MBX6T. I've been running it with a 9901/41029. Still feels a little lack in power. Just slightly. Wonder if there is any recommendations on a better pipe/header combo for it?

Where is your power lacking? bottom or top end? If top end you could try the 2096, if bottom end I think its the 9853 you want. Or you could try a 2058 if you have that pipe available. I tried it on my plus 4 and the bottom end seemed a little more snappy and the top end felt the same as a 9901, draw back was a loss in fuel milage, approx 45 seconds on a tank.

What is your clutch setup, you may want to change that first before investing in a pipe. So many people overlook this.

Thx for the inputs!

My power lacks in the bottom. Actually, its already good enough but just that itching feeling for more since truggy could be pushed more. Top is good. My friend runs a bonito on a truggy as well. And he advised me on getting a 9886 pipe with it. Before I jump on it, I want to know what are the different choices I might have on here with advises from the experienced racers.

Fuel mileage here is important as well for me. I'm running 10+ mins on a truggy with a 30min finals. Any less would result in an additional pit-stop.

Running stock mugen clutch. Alu shoes with 1.0 springs.

I've the werks clutch too. But Ah Leng told me the mugen clutch has better punch than 4 shoe systems?

One more thing, does the 17011 front bearings fit all these engines:

+4C Team
Bonito
BTTS

Yes. All of those engines come with it anyways.

Definitely get the 2058 for more bottom. Really opens the engine up. The 2096/9901 actually seam to restrict it. Fuel mileage is pretty darn good with the 2058 as well.

If you really wanted to add some bottom pick up a 2013 pipe. Maybe 30 or so seconds less runtime than the 2058.

yes a 3 shoe is more aggressive but you will find that you can achieve better runtime with the 4 shoe setup. You tend to put the power down more efficiently and don't light up the tires so much. Is it that the engine does not produce the punch or are you not able to put the power down and hence you feel its the engine but its actually the tires/chassis?

If its putting the power down then stay with 3 shoe as it will be more aggressive.
