The two main features are increased wall thickness (thicker material) and a re-enforced stinger. These two features will greatly improve the durability of the pipe. |
Proud new owner of the B5 with the 2013 pipe on back order. Thanks Mo for the advice

Just so you guys know, If you want to run a pipe that is real close to the 2013 run the 2035, it is a a little quicker on the bottom, kicks butt in the mid, and has a pretty decent top. half the price of a 2013 and is a little stonger. Also excellent run times.

I will be using a 2053 pipe till I get the new ones come of backorder. What should I expect?

Funny you say that bc a couple of weeks ago I changed from an RE11 to a TT 2035 I had sitting in a bag and your right it's a different engine. I was keeping up with an OS Speed down the straight  |
Does anyone know the part number for the high speed needle? Or where to find one quickly?

B5
I am going to ask santa clause for a new truggy engine and have read great reviews in this thread about the B5. From what I have read the engine gets great run time, works best on 2013 pipe or 2057 and is reliable. My question is when is bearing or rod replacement required (3gal, 5 gal. ?) and do these engines have enough power to take inside lines and still clear tripples. I do like a smooth powerband with good bottom, but often smoothness comes from lack of power. I am sure this is a good engine and price is great but I am undecided between the B5 and the nova 21-7fms. Any comments apreciated.

Started breaking mine in last night, hoping to get my new MP9 to the track today. So it decides to snow in Houston:lol:

You will be very pleased with the power out of a corner, the B5 is a beast. It is also a quality Italian engine so I would not be concerned with bearing or rod replacement for a very long time. |
