Hey Monty, I pulled my Orion engine apart (clutch) and I noticed the clutch shoes were brown on my Buku. I used the new clutch bell and cleaned it as you said before I used it. Is this something to worry about? I remember someone saying to lightly sand the shoes and I shouldn't have any problems. Also I am running the Losi clutch bell and I think I might have like 20 minutes if that on my Orion, I just ended up running my Werks b2 instead of the new Orion, but the next two races are on bigger tracks so I figured I would get out the Orion this weekend and make sure I have the clutch adjusted correctly. Right now it is still at the settings that came with it. I also have some JQ bells but they don't grab too well with the Losi, I kinda like a bit more than 1/2 of the center diff gear being used if ya know what I mean. What about the Koyosho bell how well will they work on the Losi? I think I can get one ordered if they are better, I know the Mugen seemed better than the JQ but even it wasn't to my liking, but in a pinch maybe
Lmk if you need anything

Hi Houston, My name is Sean I sent you an email threw your site about my Ninja .21 engine that I have been having issues with. I have new bearings in it yet when it reaches temp it will not stay running, I have been told it need a re pinch as it ingested dirt yet when I opened the engine the piston looks perfect and with the new bearings things should be fine? I would like to send it to you to inspect and give me your opinion as to the future of this engine. I got this engine with my Truggy and was told it had only 1 gallon threw it when the dirt happened and that was why it wont stay running.
Thanks
Sean

Monty,
It's hard to deny the popularity of 1/10th racing. LOL
Hope you can see your way to do a little elec. racing. Never know, the easiness could be a bit of a relaxer for ya. Well, the realitive easiness once you get the motor and ESC all dialed in. If nothing else, the winter wheel time should prove useful.

We actually had a full heat of 2wd Mod buggy, 2 full heats of 2wd sc, 4wd sc, and E-buggy. It was a nice day, but I wish I had my 2wd mod buggy ready. I felt like I didn't do any wrenching all day and easily could have ran 2 classes.
