Just finished tanks 7, 8, and 9 on my plus 4. Think its finally starting to free up, when up to temp still have a hard time getting it past the compression stroke though. 1125 cc's of fuel through her in 1 hour and 45 minutes of driving time. Had to lean the low end approx 2 hours because the idle started dipping and had to lean the HSN about an hour and half to keep the temps around 210* Started letting it get to full throttle at end of tank 7 for a second, but still rich. Tank 8 doing the same thing but a little longer. Tank 9 just a tad longer at full throttle so it started to clear out good, but not get on the pipe. Monty this thing is a work of art! Its still rich and getting about 12 minutes of running on a tank. The bottom end is still rich but if the crank case isn't loaded up, I can feel how smooooooth the bottom end is. And the mid range makes the chassis squat. And the brief second it got remotely close to being on the pipe the top end was outstanding considering its not dropped its nuts. Figure 3 more tanks and its time for a real race tune. Off to finish masking my new body for this year.
