Hey Monty,

do you happen to remember how much head clearance should be used on the Plus 21-5(non-K version) using 30% fuel? Seems I've mis-placed my original shim stack so I need to order some more.

thank you sir

Hey houston, Please could you explain what/how pipe and header setup affect fuel mileage, 'e,g Low end pipe long header = more fuel mileage?',

Thanks.

same as almost all nova engines - .70mm total , i recommend .80mm . two alu. .30mm shims and two .10mm copper shims or one .20mm copper shim . copper shims come in all different sizes so you must measure with calipers

sounds like you got it already , the upper end pipes release the upper rpm's of an engine and expell more fuel by doing so . the low end pipes restrict the high rpm range of the engine and make it run more efficiently creating better fuel mileage . port designs and throttle finger have alot to do with it also
