Monty,can't wait to get the FMS, I wanted to know what kind of clutch set up is suitable for this engine, I use Losi 4 shoe and its going into an 8T 2.0, with my LRP Z.28R I was using all alum shoes with 2 gold/2 silver springs, 13CB/ 50 spur. thanks.

Monty do you know what the factory setting is for the idle screw on the 21-4 c and the stock shimming is good for byrons 30% or would pro driver 25% be better? Thanks for your time

I have recently acquired an old Nova BS21-SB. Engine still has very good compression. Can anyone share the specs of the engine? Btw, how old is the model and is the ODO99 plugs works well for the motor?..Thanks

you WONT be dissapointed , i have run engines from all the HIGH end modders such as monty, and he hands down is my fav, every motor and referral goes to him, i was having issiues anfd taking advise as well as listining to novarossi team guys,with NO LUCK AT ALL. without going into detail,,kinda freakish>i followed monty's advise ISSIUES GONE< the dude knows his novas in and out, i mean he call's me on the REG just to see how it runs , and if im happy etc? WHO HAS THAT MUCH CONSIDERATION FOR THERE CUSTOMERS HAPPINESS? im not sponsered by him, or nothing like that, wouldn't mind to be tho "hint hint", just read my sig and you will see that the truth, just giving PROPS where the BELONG....NO-ONE BUT MONTY TOUCHES MY ENGINES FROM HERE ON OUT!!! :nod: my Plus 4C Factory Team H.E.S. modded, tamed down BIG time as i was having thermaling issiues with my throttle servo w/my serpent as servo's a inch or 2 away from motor, was keeping up with all the js mods, os speeds, and at 230, this motors powerband is in the 280 range,i walked down the straight with them scrreamin, and me blowing a ton of smoke, pretty ssurreal, serpent and guys on here are figuring solutions for this, i canot wait to ring the bells with her, when i can USE the AVAILABLE power, and oh yea, i ran against the 4c factory team modded by nova, and again running threw them fat as hell, one of the fastest guys there Crazy Carl o here, hes motors just DAMM ballastic!!!!!!between the guys insane consistant driving and that power OMG!!! do i need say more .lol

LISTENED to monty, and he sent me some oddonell 87t plugs, and ii DITCHED 8 YES 8 Novarossi 6tgc plugs that were supposed to work, my but....he was on the money, and therre half price, dude i raced over weekend didnt even get close to a flameout, maming over 10 min, cause q's were 10 mi, and i didnt have to pit....from now on, when he says jump ill ask how high....HJE WAS TELLIN ME FROM JUMP ON THESE PLUGS, NUT MENTIONING NaMES BUT NOVAROSSI DRIVERS WERE TELLING ME TO USE THE 6TGC, THaT WAS A WASTE OF 200.00 BOUGHT LIKE 20 OF EM!!! I HAVENT CHANGED THE one OD 87T. i put in since he set it to me, idles all day long, mot6or is NO WAY any slower, WIN WIN WIN, 2 DAYS OF RACING,GALLON OF FUEL PLUG LOOKS PRETTY DAMM GOOD, BUT IMMA plug swapper, so i will swap next race, but im sure i wouldnt have to, he told me the 6tgcs would be fine running in motor on street etc, w/street tires, but whe the track came into play, no way, but those od plugs, my friends when he gets em, buy em up, i know i am

I'm considering buying an N21R limited, but what glowplugs should I go for?
And what Header / Pipe if I want the best fuel milage, I have a RB2045 and a JP4, or should I buy something else?

either one of those pipes are ok performing pipes on the n21r but the 86 based pipes worked awesome on the n21r limited .

odonnell 100 or odonnell 77 plugs both work great on the engine as far as plugs go .

n21r limited , 8mm restrictor , odo100 , dynamite 086hs is an excellent buggy or truggy combo for everyday driving if you want nova quality at a lesser price ;)
