Houston,
I am running a N21R with the 41020/9886 combo with 25% and an od77 plug. I have noticed you mention a new crank is a nice way to increase power w/o modding, what kind of power gains are we talking about here? Is it worth dropping $120ish on a new crank (plus $55 on new ceramics, might as well have you put em in while you have it) on a $135 budget motor? What crank would you suggest to work best with the header/pipe combo I am running. I like the 9886 but want a little more bottom end hence the long header, is there a crank that would fit this application? Thanks!

More bottom end ? Hmmmm , that's weird you say that cause I have noticed very good low end throttle response from these engines even in stock form with 9886/41021 or the dynamite 086hs pipesets . If you really feel you are lacking on the bottom then try a 9853ss or 9901ss with 41005, if you still think you are lacking low end , use a 41021 header on either pipe .
And I would probably drop a 15007t crankin it or 15009t or HT crank
as far as the differences in power , you won't even believe its the same engine
