Ive never done nitro off-road indoors, long drive.........6-7 hrs. I'd really love to try it though. I know it'd be more fun than shoveling snow . I'd suppose you need super-soft/clay tires?

yep, for buggy i like switch(clay) or barcodes(gold) and truggy i like boa(clay) ot tapers(pink)

Just received my Go 5pt....wow..tight!..might be a good idea to get the sleeve and piston hand lapped. I don't remember my go 3port being this tight.

just be sure to pre-heat an you will be fine

Just preheat it to 105 degrees Celsius (220-225 degrees fahrenheit). make sure you measure it at the top of the crankcase, under the head and button. Also, make sure the engine stays in the 105-110 degree (Celsius) range during each run-in session. I recommend running a tank at this temp, then rotating the flywheel to where the piston is at BDC (bottom dead center), and let it cool. Reheat and repeat. Easiest way to accomplish this is to set both needles to flush and start at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle after preheating.

1st there was the average woman tune, and now we are being reminded to preheat em first and they'l love ya long time

LMAO ..... Yeah, they do strange things sometimes but we cant do without them

And just remember to only tweak their top end needles very slightly, or they will go right off tune and may be hard to start again
