Well said! united states of America, largest nation in the world, and no new go -tec product. Hell we can barely get parts for what we do have here!

Your right, by area we are #5. Russia was #1 and I bet they have Go products. Because they sure are not here! Also glad I did not do the ole Russ Jones down pay 1/2, when they arrive pay the other 1/2, get a free t shirt for new gx engine. As I would probably be going through paypal to try getting a refund. Or he might get it together and we will see them at xmas. I read a few pages back that fx hobby in Canada is now our U.S. distributor until he gets his sht together? Like the guy said if he can't run an import/export business.FIND SOME ONE WHO CAN! :flaming:

Russell placed the order in the first part of July I believe, they got hit by a Typhoon recently and that delayed it because the factory had to shut down for a bit. I am pretty sure that is out of Russell's control. Maybe you should loan him a few hundred thousand so he can order tons of motors and parts in a sluggish economy.

This sht with him has been going on for almost a full year now. And it's always some excuse as to why there are no parts here,no engines here. First he wanted all the old stuff gone then a typhoon. I wouldn't loan him the sweat of my balls if he was dying of thirst. You know so dam much maybe you can tell me why I could not go to amain or Carolina rc,and get a con rod,c clips wrist pin from Dec-08 till may 09? I ended up going to massive mods. Then found fx hobbies in Canada. I shouldn't have to go to them to get parts or a new engine. I don't live in Australia or Canada. I live in the U.S. that's where I should be buying my parts, engines to stimulate our economy. racefactor web site where is it? And if he is buying the product from go-tec trying to resell to make a profit,he's a fool. They should be paying him a wage and supplying him a ware house full of product.

hi, is the MG66 a massive mods motor ?? is it a 6 port ??
motor looks sweeeet !!! will have to let the girl friend know its my birthday next month ;)

Answer-RC 08-28-2009 04:54 AM

Yep - THe MG66 was developed by Mark who is Mr. Massive Mods. It is indeed a 6port and has been getting awesome reviews in the UK so far.

zonda 08-28-2009 05:54 AM

yeh it does look awesome I have only just got my first ever go tech engine and i love it but im going to have to get one of these later on this year !
I noticed some people are not happy about the parts and engine availability in the US. Whats wrong with just ordering stuff direct from masive mods ?
one more thing has any one on here got an MG66 and run it in yet??
whats it like? Tell me now :sneaky: LOL

tonydig11 08-28-2009 06:01 AM

Whats the price going to be in USD?

tonydig11 08-28-2009 06:33 AM

the one i want is 399 ausi dollors. looks like about 275 usd. not sure tho. The 5 port mod shows 379 ausi dollors and 219 usd. might be ordering one or the other this week. the 66 would be the way to go with extra bearings and rod for after the breakin

If you go to the Aus section in general forums, go to GO thread and you'l hear heeps about the 66.

Basically it's a tire shredder even with a 7mm restrictor at only 1/3 throttle EPA ! :D

dude take go care of me for sure(i make that little 7 port scream for all the go tech drivers lol), but i talk with him and he did place a GX order but the MG66 were already out of his reach,:cry::cry:
OH, bye the way if anyone wants to be his CFO i do business line of credit up to 5-20 million so 250k would be easy to get any distributor going ,YOU JUST HAVE TO FIT THE CRITERIA that's life
So let not ASSUME anything yet that makes a
ASS out of U and ME lol
But your right we need those engines to win Alvarado :tire::tire::tire::tire:
