no i dun have dremel ,here selling very expensive so refuse to buy 1 since i was just half year expenriance rc exciment~
at the end the screw was taken out by bigger plier by holding bottom of the steering stand , twist it n "click" , loose~
ps: never buy steel screw again... never~(i realize, those original black screw more tough than that~hmm)

To avoid on the future rounding more screws, just use a nice hex driver, not a ball allen drivers and of course, the stock screw set is one of the best you can put on your car, are made from a nice and durable steel.

On the hardware stores there are some reversed drill bits that are for removing screws like the one you show. You need to chuck it on a electric screwdriver, press it to the screw, put the electric screwdriver on reverse rotation (to unscrew) and the sharp edges of the bit, do a cut on the screw, grab it and unscrew it easily. The reverse bits I'm talking are very cheap.

ic... i will buy another set hex driver then... hardware store hex driver set not that strong too if compare with lhs hex tools ... my 1.5mm & 3mm still using "stenley" hex driver , some grub screw 1.5mm strips too(droop screw, trottle linkage etc...)will buy from lhs future, is more expensive but really good quality harden steel...

I occasionally feel my car steering stick to the road ( not responsive ? ) . It feels like the steering is "glued" to the road following the corner curve. ........ My car feels enjoying the corner curve while the road is already straight ahead.
My servo is 13kg ( Sanwa ERG-VX ). Steering collar tension is 2mm.

super hard spring,nut at .9 to 1mm
gray pad
the msr spring is for 1/8 i think and in 1/10 makes the clutch slip to much or i found it did.
the yellow pad dose grab sooner though, its all in what you want the clutch to do.
keep playing with it.
