...and in my humble opinion, with these other two types,
the one-way pulley w.diff, &
the one-way spool,

they give you all of the disadvantages of a one-way (no brakes) without the advantages of a one-way (on power steering).

So us Mugen guys, don't worry about it too much!!

a 1way the front wheels spin freely off power to give better turn speed but you can traction roll easier.
a diff will give better turn in than a spool.

a spool will be harder on the drive train though (cvd's and belts)
Interesting, thanks.

on power! one way, one way solid and solix axle are all the same
off power one way the front tires rotate independently of each other and the front axle
off power one way solid the front tires rotate together but independently of the front axle
off power solid axle the front tires rotate together along with the front axle

haven't seen yet a one way brake pulley for the mtx4, no front brakes no matter what you have on the front, on power front and rear axle rotate together, off power the axles rotate independently, best when combined with a one way/one way solid

ahn and let's not forget the negative diff that at certain rpms will become a rear solid axle.

Serpent released one for the 720, its generally called the 3rd one-way. When you brake you're stopping the main shaft and depending on the relative speed of the front and rear tyres you will get 4-wheel braking or you might not.

See this : http://www.serpent.com/product/803187/

You don't have to pay to put a signature. That's only if you want fancy formatting and links.

No biggie. I saw one pawn shop deal and a few "I'm getting out of this hobby" packages.

I'm selling mine cause I really don't need 4 cars lying around the house - and I don't want to fulfill Itchy_b's prophecy, that I'll have so many cars that I need to hire drivers and build my own race team.
