Actually I will be very close to there at the weekend But Austrain beer
No it's a four day mountain training session starting tomorrow - problem is I have suspected broken ribs from a crash two weeks ago and it's making it a little painful Just have to hold out until the end of August (last race) and then I can go to the docs

The haggis is quite vicious!!! Did you see that on one side it has shorter legs - evolved to help it run around the bottom of mountains better
