Anyone know any better?
Both have up and down sides.
With a wire type rollbar it's easier to make small adjustments, but you have to make sure both sides are adjusted equally. Else it will be tweaked. Also it will not respond the same when rolling left as when rolling right. IMO a torsion bar also gets tweaked easier.

Small adjustments are harder to make with the blade type because it's hard to see over what angle you rotate the blade. Also the relation between angle of the blades and stiffness is not linear. But because the whole thing works like one springblade with a fixed arm length, it doesn't matter if both sides are not set equally.

I use the 1/8 scale blade type adjustable rollbar from Serpent on my 705. I put my Dremel to work and narrowed the blades down to 3mm over the whole length, or it would be too stiff. Then I polished the blades to take the Hudy spring steel brown color off the rest of them too. Looks and works great!

Thanks for sharing that.
Strange you know, coz when you load 60-70% of 3RC option alu parts, your 710 will ended up underweight badly.
The "mother snake" is only 1700 no fuel w/P Transponder.
Mine, bone stock, titanium screw only on topdeck and pro wheel axles weight 1710.

Default Already posted?

Not sure if someone has already posted pictures of the new anti-roll bar fixing kit - I just found some pictures on my LHS's website:

Also listed are anti-roll bars of thickness 2.5mm and 3mm.

The fixing kit has the number 802338 and the two new bars, 802337

Cheers, Mark.

My car could live with a little extra weight.

Oh man you're making me nervous! I saw NiMo with his JP-Fx run and this thing not only sounded different but it is obviously as good as a standard 5-port turbo.

Or just download the file called 710 FAQ ... the link is under MarkP's posts. He and Glenn Cauley compiles good stuff from here and elsewhere and puts them in there.
