i was actually lookin into those motors.. the tr is reliable,, but the nova is much stronger... i guess id have to choose thanks alot guys!!

I Just recently installed most (if not all of the hop ups) and made it to the B main at the recently held Speedline race in Las Vegas Nevada, USA.

Josh Cyrul didnt even make the "A" main in sedan and was in my main (Bad Luck) I guess.

He put on a hell of a show against swauger in the "a"main of the 1/8th scale class after 30 minutes they were seperated by about 10 feet, however, Josh got the worst end of the deal and broke leaving Mike Swauger the win !!!!

Swauger is on a roll and watch out, he is a very good racer in the world community right now.

In any event, let me know if you need any of the hop ups which are nothing more than great replacements for items you may break in every day (every race) type of situation.

I found that the Delrin Pivot balls are great because they eliminated the aluminum and plastic ball cup spacer by using a one piece construction element.
The Front and rear body post stiffners are very useful for those
hard to predict encounters with traffic.

By the way, still under weight with alot of aluminum strength added ROFL !!!!!!!!

Idling a new engine through a tank or two is useless and does nothing to break it in. In fact, it is very damaging to the engine since it results in premature piston/sleeve wear because the engine does not get up to operating temperature.

Hi there, Thank you for this... I will update my break in cycle then I think... Thank you for the update. I know that heat cycling is VERY important, but I didn't realise that the speed was also a big thing. Thank you.

Novarossi RR12L3... This engine is a little hard to find in Asia.. most of them only using NSR based. But once you tried, you will know what I meant.

JP engines are overpriced for the things they do. Rody V12 is not excellent from what I've seen. Best would be the NovaMax.:nod: If you can get your hands on a KHM NovaMega, better still ! :nod: :nod: :nod: I wonder if Julius gets to run this motor on his 710...:sneaky:

Agree. Easy to tune too. Slap in on a 710, and see the car zoom ! In fact, any decent motor in a 710 makes the motor look good ! :nod:

Ummm, talking about that, I added some weights and I remember clmbia45 and Goldfinger mentioning that it needs about 60 grams on the left side to get the car to balance left and right. I think they were using one or two Futaba S9550 low profile servos which are lighter on the right side. I'm using normal servos for throttle and steering and I ended up having to use about 100 grams on the left side (nearest to the left side of the tank) to get it to balance left and right. Anybody did this? Well, the weights I got from a friend were kinda old and I did not measure exactly if they were accurate as printed on it. With an addition of about 100 grams, I think we're right money with regards to legal weight ! :nod:
