Originally posted by Sow&Steady Mark, Serpent came out with the front rammer with integrated body posts. I bought one and they (the body posts) broke after 1 race. I recommend staying with the original touring body posts. Only problem is you have to cut out the upper bumper plate to fit the Lola. http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...&postid=866205 |

loose tail and tire wear
I had a good 3 hours practice today, My Mario Rossi was really "singing" I found the sweet spot:D I should have thrown away the tuning screwdriver at that moment but I couldn't resist the impulse of making it just a little bit better.... It started to bog:mad: ... so I had to start all over again
The clutch is finally doing good with the mod and glenn's tips  I have the standard setup (I'm in novice class) My driving is somewhat sloppy still so I'm drifting a lot in corners, specially at the exit. Note that the car has enough guts to be in the A main, and in my hands its a lot of badly controled power. Anyway I'm managing to stay in the track pretty decently but with a lot of "tailing" . I ended paractice with 59.6mm rear and 62mm in the fronts :( The car has good steering into the turn but comes out with much oversteer If anyone has some helpful advise it will be much appreciated |

Use default for the rest. Post the result again. |

I've bought loads of Assos oil for my Tamiya - the bottles are huge (possibly 4 times as big as the Serpent ones!  ) Cheers, Mark. |

Last week I bought one, and Im really really dissapoint to buy that tool. If I may suggest DONT BUY ! Why ? gave you a headache :( Like someone mentioned in tires forum, IT DOES NOT GAVE A CONSTANT MEASUREMENT IN EACH SPOT ! Every brand is around the same, the most "expensive" was giving smallest tolerances. One thing that really interesting is.. shore rating is true when it is new. After 5 or 10 minutes runs and when cools enough (ambient/room temperature) the shore is became 1 step harder. When the tire is less than 59mm, the shore is 2 step harder. Im I alone? is there any "Tire-Guy" here that can explain that facts? After sharing my confusion here, now Im gonna sell my durometer    |
