For what it's worth... I put one shim in behind the front pinion just to improve the mesh. The back has none.

Which retailer has the new black front steering blocks and rear hubs? I can only find the old "goldish" ones...

Thanks...

This is what I have been running on the new 11 Spec and it is working very well on my home track, which is fast and flowing with some tricky technical sections. Clay, a little dusty and blown out in places.
Itīs not far off the kit set up, so I would call it a good base set up.
Might not work for you, but I like it

If that link is not working, go to the team X-ray site and log into set up sheets. You will find it in the 2011 section under the name of GO Racing.

All the US kits I have seen have the lightened outdrives. I am using a setup very similar to JB's standard setup . Car is very stable, easy to drive, my buggy actually has a slight push to it but that's fine, I will take a liitle push vs oversteer.

I run them on my 2010, but the 2011 shocks are improved is what I am hearing and also seeing. Cant lie though TKI2 shocks have been great. Like 4 races on them same Orings and bladders, only changed oil and thats it, still work great. When I do get a 2011 I personally will use the kit shocks.
