I just bought one 2 couldnt resist even though ive only run the 05 for a couple months cause it looks so good.
and just for thought if your drillin plastic i always found it better to run the bit backwards
also the setup stuff is super that comes with it .
i raced at horsham and thier was only 2 heads runnin it but they got 12 and sold 12 so well see

yeah, just raced my T2 for the first times this weekend. Once on carpet foams, and then outdoor parking lot. Car worked great at both venues. Couldn't be happier with it. Tested it a few times for stregth as well and it passed with flying colors. Every bit as fast as my 05's, and I needed two 05's and only raced one T2 at both places. The best is just how easy it is to work on.

I just raced my t2 for the first time to day . I have a o5 and the t2 is faster in the turns than the 05 . I love the car xray did a real good job with it.

I have seen a few chassis with near perfect cells slots filed down as if it was done by a cnc lathe. Any tips on the very best way to do this? I wish a company would make a jig. I can do it well enough with a file and some time, but wondering if there are any great tips out there.

Under the top deck, very clean and keeps them snug away from the belt.

A shallow servo works best. I use the Futaba S9550 and love it. Plenty fast (I run my dual rate at 80% even), and fits the T2 perfect. Even has enough room on the end of the server to mount a AMB PT and still be flush with the chassis. I will get a pic soon of my electronics layout.

First race day with the T2 and I'm blown away. Was better then even my best expectations. Moving from a TC4 to the T2 is a night and day difference. Before my best finish was 4th in the A-Main. Today first outing, 2nd in the A-Main. This is rubber tires on high grip indoor asphalt.

Get a old sub-c cell and make sanding paper on it all the way arround .. you will get a nice result

I believe all team drivers use XRAY 30wt with. The preferred setup from the Novak race can be found a couple pages back in this thread and will be on the website for view/download soon. I can't remember the spring setup off the top of my head though.

Of course I'm an oddball and use 35wt/purple springs up front and 30wt/light red springs (layed down) in the rear with a one-way setup.

30 Wt. two holes open front and rear. Second hole in on towers on the outer hole in the rear arm and inner hole in from arm.

30 lbs. fronts (Pepto Color)
22.5 lbs. Rear (Blue)

Yep. I'm an oddball. 33's standing up in the front and 35's layed down (more progressive rate) in the rear. I like the "pepto" color verbiage.

Is this all you have to do to get the PRS spur gear to fit is just sand the top graphite brace. I thought I remeber reading somewhere that you have to grind the heads of the screws so it doesn't hit the composit bearing holder..

I want to run the PRS spur gears but I want to know what I have to do to make it work and not bind anywhere..
