Hello everyone, I've plan to buy a TT-02 kit for my first rc kit. I'm not sure if I can drift with TT-02 by only changing a normal tire to a drift tire??

Last weekend I participated in the Tamiya Euro Cup in the Stock class (stock chassis plus ballbearings, plastic oil damper and front cvds). It was (again) nerve wrecking with my friend and me beeing on the same pace. Gregor König made some great pictures:

How did you setup your car? Tire glue? I see tire heaters... any sort of goop in the dampers? oil/grease in the diffs?

Saucing the box stock tires is allowed. To my surprise the oldest (2-3 years) set of tires worked best. Our indoor track was very cold (12-15 *C), thats why I used the heaters. My friend didn't heat and was as fast as me... So no real advantage. I also just warmed to 40 *C. Damper have to be filled with box oil and in the diffs only the box included grease is allowed. Also NIMH battery, box esc and handout brushed can motor.

Oh, those had CVA dampers? I was expecting TT01e type friction setups.

Looking to upgrade my TT02R to TT02RR specs. Having trouble finding part numbers for the oil-filled gear diff and the adjustable upper arms. Can anyone here help?
