To get a new body and wheel set for my M05, I bought a complete second M05. Then sold the assembled chassis. I ended up paying $40 for the body and wheels.

I’m tempted to go that route. Where did you sell it? Here or EBay?

$200 for the kit of parts. $100 will get you one of three double deck belt drive chassis. I'm... not sure this is a good idea.

I have about 100 cars. I've never had a useless shiny pretty car and I wanted one lol. It's not going to be run much, but it will get a Sunday drive here and there. :D

Hello all new to the tt02 chassis. I have been building min up and was wondering what compound tires com in the kit. Will be using it as a vta car but this will be my gt prospec car for tcs, and wanted to k OG if they would be good for asphalt for the tcs race at Jackson nj.

Theres a compound rating for the kit tyres????Really? Bet no one knows what it is. It’ll be a corporate secret like “the Colonels secret blend of herbs and spices” in a KFC. They’re mainly plastic and here in the UK they’re about as effective on asphalt or carpet as drift tyres.

The kits almost always come with the "mostly like a pocket comb" rubber. It's not good for racing. You'll need to spend the $20-30 on a set of tires for whatever surface/class you're running. Save yourself some money, dont' glue the kit rubber on.

To be that jerk, have you considered checking the source? First, it's listed on tamiyas webpage: https://www.tamiyausa.com/tcs/rules/ Tamiya also has a phone you can call, if you want to verify the answer for "today". Or, more to the point, the other place to ask would be in the TCS thread... Which is the top post in the racing forum. https://www.rctech.net/forum/racing-...eries-541.html

It doesn't look like the rules have changed at all, except for including the TT02r.

Edit: I'm sorry, i'm kinda cranky today. The information is valid though.

Fred has been known to make sudden rule changes (sometimes mid season). I would wait a little bit longer, I am hearing a motor change for another class, but not sure on the GT Pro Spec class.

Does anyone have a white chassis they would sell me? They are sold out except in a couple of places in Canada. Thank you. I should mention that I'm looking for the chassis only not the whole kit.

Nerobro 12-14-2018 09:16 AM

Blue is fine. Would you be willing to sell it? Thanks.
