I haven't even seen a pic posted with sway bars. I'm just gonna order some stuff see what I come up with. Only thing I can't get my head around is how to mount the bars on the chassis.

Looking at the TT02 rear (usingTT02S or similar TA05 arms with swaybar tabs), I'd make a carbon or similar plate to mount to the top of the rear bumper mounting points. Make sure to fabricate enough of the plate to go towards the rear differential as close as you can. You could fasten the swaybar underneath (so it's lower) like the old TA03R-S by making a groove in the plate for the swaybar to ride in and using small bolts, 2mm nut and wide washers. Thanks all for your input. I will come up with something. After looking at it a little it really needs to mount to the bulkhead somehow. I think I could make something up with socket screws and some keystock. A better option would be to recast a bulkhead with the bar holders, similar to a DB01.

I looked at mine last night, A front one looks pretty easy to make up but not so much in the rear. I run my car on a dusty tennis court and the car is pretty tail happy as is even after playing with a bunch of stuff so maybe just a front one would help.

My Ride USGT tires finally died last week. I was running them with the Carrera body which needs a 3MM offset in the front (easy) and a 9MM offset in the rear (not so easy). A set of 9MM HPI black Emotions came up on eBay so I scooped them up as well as getting the last set of Ride 26MM Radials I could find. I burned a couple packs yesterday morning and the Ride Radials hook up much better on the tennis courts then the USGT tires and their higher profile makes them look a bit more scale.

I am running an under geared 10.5T motor and I have to say it is a blast, it is pretty quick but still gives decent run time. I set my timer for 10 minutes and that is proving to be very safe. When I originally switched from the 17.5 I was nervous that I would start to blow stuff up.Knock on wood I believe this was run 16 & 17 with the 10.5, after 50-55 runs on the 17.5, and no issues at all. This may come down to the fact that the tennis courts get pretty dusty so they do not offer a lot of traction....with the 10.5 I an get some pretty decent four wheel burnouts when taking off from a start.

Hey guys! New to the forums.

Im building a tt-02 rally setup, i was looking at the Gmade 62mm Shocks, i know the stock shocks are 55mm, but i measured and it looks like the 62mm`s will fit, can anyone confirm?

The TT02-T Sandshaker uses 60mm shocks as well. You have to remove some little knobs from the knuckles to give the suspension more travel. Please see sandshaker manual for Details.
I'm doing a mix of Rally TT02 and Sandshaker at the moment and also want to use some 60mm shocks for this thing. Maybe I will use either the Yeah Racing ones or some of the multiple Tamiya choices. Hobbyking offers 61mm shocks from Turnigy, they don't look too bad and are on the cheaper side, but not sure about the quality. Maybe I will give them a try...
