I'll try and get it up tonight.

Hey guys I heard the club racer comes with a front spool and gear diff in the back.
I prefer ball diffs for carpet. Even thou some people use gear diffs.

You heard wrong. There are no OEM gear diffs for the TC4.

There are no aftermarket ones either (unless you consider difficult DIY solutions).

Yup, hard to find but I think Amain still has them. Saw them the other day looking for something else.

Front comes with a spool, rear is a ball diff. Have fun with it, it's a great little car and can take a hit. Parts still available, if you need setup help just ask us here.

Did it change the way it handles, Pastorz31?

Just picked one up used off the forum for VTA purposes. Stoked to starting messing around with this chassis.

Hard to tell, I bought the TC4 with a Diggity Kit already on it raced it once and then I put the R-Factor (Yo-Dog) conversion on it. The Yo-Dog conversion made it different, more precise, and more modern feeling. The TC7 suspension and DCJs just make it a lot smoother, corner speed went up and it is a tick faster. When you get into the slower tighter stuff it is way better, but the sweeping stuff it feels the same.

As an added bonus the TC7 plastics are awesome and will take big hits. I been nailed by a few mod touring cars in practice and nothing broke.

My next upgrade is to take Ricks Chassis and have mounts for the TC7 suspension holders cut into it.

Hi, would you be willing to sell your Diggity kit? I'm looking for the motor mount in particular. If anyone has a spare DC4 motor mount to sell or is looking to sell their dc4 conversion let me know. I sold a brand new kit in the bag a few months ago and now regret it.

By putting the TC7 suspension blocks on it, the only remaining SAE screws would be steering rack and top plate correct? Are you running TC7 rear arms and hubs too?

Tc4 rear arms and Tamiya rear hubs. The tc7 rear arms and hubs weren't in stock when I ordered it all. I have them now but haven't installed them yet.
I measured a friends tc7 before I changed everything and the old rear arms are the same geometry as the new ones.
I spaced the Tamiya hubs to the same geometry as the TC7 ones.
The whole car is now metric, except for the diff screw and the screw that hold the driveshaft coupling. The steering is now a custom arrangement made from Tamiya parts.
Next is gear diff for the rear.
