I'm really happy that there is an ignore function on this site. Comes in handy sometimes.

WHEN???
you blame traction rolling on the BATTERY STRAP? Really? Lack of knowledge of racing car physics. . .
problem with this statement is that you DON'T RACE so you don't actually attack anything except your keyboard. . .
and kept traction rolling at slow speeds
but now I can attack the corners faster....

I can't believe I just now found this thread. For the past month, I have been searching for a new motor mount for my TC4.
I have a guy 3D printing me one hopefully today. Can't wait to get out and use my car.

I haven't raced my TC4 one time, but I have a problem with my TC4 it keeps rolling off my workbench.
My work bench has a rubber shelf gripper on it, so could this be considered a "traction roll" Is this a problem with my setup? I can't quite figure out why this is happening because it rolls off even without the battery in, so it can't be a "battery strap" problem...
On a side note, I know this car will win races because it has such a low rolling friction...

NEO,
I don't think you have the right inserts in your tires. Oh, and did I mention the need for lightweight body clips? Those heavy ones will cause traction rolling every time. Better make sure they're non-magnetic, too. The magnetic field from the motor on your fridge is probably working as a tractor beam to pull at your car. Those heavy, metallic body clips and low rolling resistance inserts bring the situation to critical mass. Ask Bert. He knows.

They should re-release the FT TC4. I race my FT kit and would like a new one!

Ahahah...... You guys hit a home run with these jokes.... Got me beat there, but they should re-release the FT tc4 with the Justwill DCJ mod since they're moving on from the tc6.2 to the tc7... I'll probably race in 2016, for those who are following me on twitterRC...lol....

Just deciding on wether I am going to buy a SC or a TC. So a colleague told me about the TC4. Can anyone give some advice on how good the TC4 is suited as first TC Car? I bought a B5 as first buggy and am fully satisfied.
Since I don't want to race competitive with the TC's I thought the TC4 would be a great bang-for-buck TC Car which can compete in funraces.
Or any other suggestion? I read about re releases and TC7, so I wont mind waiting a bit to take a good offer
