trust you to have nearly `NEW tyre`s ,i had to make do with ropy ones

Trust me Colin , the tyres I ran last week made the ones I gave you look new!! I have got new ones for this weekend and may make them last till June..
I shall be running Evo 4 and MSX this weekend , but the MSX was bought for the BTCC and will be left on the shelf until Wrexham. The Evo still has a big future for my racing but feel I may go better with the 415 outdoors.

hey guys i still cant seem to get my bodys from my old 415ms to fit my evo 4ms? any idea 1 of the bodys seems to fit but the rest are about 30mm to far forward so when i turn the wheels get caught? anyone else have this problem?. the guys at my local hobby shop said that tamiya built all their cars so you can take your shell off one and put it on another.

Bodies from my 415 don't fit my Evo IV. The wheels don't line up either.

*sil80* - I think that your LHS is making up that claim.

JimmyMac 03-05-2006 05:55 PM

Right, I already posted on a couple pages back on how I modify the EvoIV mounts to use the same bodies from a 415....

*sil80* 03-05-2006 07:55 PM

All I know is my way works best for me. I think even some of the Tamiya Japanese Factory Team drivers does it the same was as I do.

What's the biggest Spur gear you can put on EVO4?

Thanks.

Thanks.

I've got a 104 64p on mine. Fits fine with no issues.

Thanks RcCzarOfOld. How much clearance do you have left?

RcCzarOfOld 03-12-2006 06:54 PM

It's close. I did a little bit of filing on the top deck just to be safe.

jhigga15 03-15-2006 08:12 AM
