With Volante ETS tires, longer wheelbase has proven to be beneficial. Car is way more predictable and easy to drive.
Same benefit we saw using Ride GR. 7075 version is suggested for carpet
Available for Fenix Mistral - Sheperd Velox - Xray (the complete platform - including the 18)

I finally got around to building a semi-scale F1 rain light. The blink rate and duty cycle are very close to spec

Thinking about a simple plastic backing and drowning it in clear epoxy.

Got enough parts for this run to make about a dozen. If there's interest, I'll add them to my Tindie store.

Anybody have an offset wheel chart? I have measured hudy, crc, gravity, sweep and every one varies the width of the car in a different way. Just by changing tires I go from a front width of 180mm to 187mm

What motor and what tires?

Bert doesn't even race F1 and I never saw anyone go 3.3 with a 25.5, even on small tracks.

Why not check out motive electronics? Why do you say that.do you not think fantom or trinity or any good?if I had to buy a motor I will usually go talk to John from team scream.i run a tsr v2 in 17.5 buggy and she is a screamer....also thanks for the gearing advice..how do you come up with a rollout number to go by?I also started running 1/12..bought a second hand chassis and have been running what it came with for gearing and it must be close..pretty warm..just really starting to get hot after a race
