As context, my experience is people have different time schedules on when they can go practice.
To prep a track everyday is not easy and gets costly.
The track we built on a mall is meant to attract more to the hobby (not necessarily just on race days).
There must be grip every time a person shows up to play.
And right now someone shows up to play everyday.

Top of the parking garage at my work apartment is similar—looks like paint or some sort of coating with sand or some other grit in it, and have been meaning to try it out on rubber and foam tires. A practice-able surface that doesn't need prep is pretty key. Especially with pan cars.

The soda from walmart is not that expensive. But then if you are doing it everyday the person doing it will get burnt out quickly.

When using soda and karo, do you dilute it with anything or just straight soda and karo. Also how much karo to say a 2 liter soda do you use. Thx. Looking for a consistent mixture.

I had a 4-6 bottles of soda to 2 karo's. (one clear and one dark). Put it in a big sprayer and did the track.

Odd question.....anyone know of a source or alternates for front tires (foam or rubber) for the Tamiya Tyrrell P34?

Default Tamiya "kit" tire

I was looking thru the forum and some mentions of using tamiya f104 kit front tires as good choice for outdoor racing. What is the actual part number?

Thanks
