Very important note. To anyone using the E4JS chassis and needs it to fit a 10" wheelbase body, such as the Vintage Trans Am HPI bodies. You will need to trim 3 mm off the front of the rear a-arm and put 3 mm worth of spacers on the back to slide the whole arm forward. You will also need to move both carrier shims to the rear of the carrier to move it towards the front end. This is 3.5 mm worth of movement.

HPI body wheelbase 255 mm.
E4JS wheelbase 259 mm.

My rear wheels are perfectly centered and my fronts are ever so slightly forward in the wheel well. Hope this helps too.

And put your 415 into stock form instead? Might be a good idea.

I would get the aluminum rear hubs (1.5 degrees of toe in) it will give you more options for your rear toe especially on a medium grip track. Also the aluminum upper bulkheads f/r, the plastic bulkheads may flex when running mod. And like The Wease suggested you can't go wrong with the kfactory belts. Enjoy the new ride……

The Novaks fit without any modifications. With some dremel work you can get your Tekin to fit.

Hey guys

I am considering an E4RS as a replacement for a TC5.
I will be racing mostly stock 13.5bl rubber on carpet.

I am wondering if the 3 belt system will be free enough for stock or if it will suck up too much power.
Also I read that not all motors fit because of the length of the can.. whats the longest can that fits.

Ant other good and bad points of note?

Thanks
Pip
