Charts for Quick reference:

1) put inner bearing in hub
2) slide large shim over axle all the way up to the back of the axle
3) slide axle/bone into hub carrier
4) slide small shim onto axle through hub carrier
5) push outter bearing into hub carrier

using that i'm able to put my normal male silverback gorilla wheel nut tightening job and there's no binding. in the pictures that come with the shims (the pic socket posted) it seems like they want you to slide both shims onto the axle before sliding the axle into the hub carrier and like i said, that doesn't work.

I've traditionally done the diff screw head on the left side (driver's side), but have since switched to the Right side (passenger side) regardless of transmission type (3 gear RM vs 3 gear MM and 4 gear MM).

Kdub (Kurt Wenger, former AE designer) had this to say on the matter:

The right rear is the way the AE manuals state (or used to state). It really shouldn't matter since you go around turns both left and right.

So, 27 bucks thereabouts.
You will Also need the B6 Waterfall. They are different lengths for each car.

Would you guys also want to go with the lower B6 wing mount and a wing without the shock cutouts? Would you guys also run the shocks in the front? I know, first things first and let's get the car in our hands, but I'm so excited about the true tangible tuning possibilities. Did Rivkin setup his Laydown transmission car with the shocks in the front?

Nice to know. Thanks!
I imagine it would, but could you easily swap the gear diff for the ball diff in the Laydown?

Kody said on fb that they looked into it, but placed proper gear mesh as a higher priority.

Yeah, pre-ordered my B6D on Tower Hobbies. The only thing, is that it didn't show the $45 savings after I put in my Savers Club discount. It still showed the $309 price. Hopefully the discount comes off when the pre-order is filled.

Can't wait to get it, even sold my B5M for a good price.

I just checked and the email states it in an odd way, but does say that.
Thanks,

That is correct.... also watch for when it says it is in processing. When I pre-ordered my TC7 it had a $30 off at the time.... got an in stock email... noticed the new coupon for the month was $70 off.... canceled my pre-order and bought one right then and there with the $70....
