I've traditionally done the diff screw head on the left side (driver's side), but have since switched to the Right side (passenger side) regardless of transmission type (3 gear RM vs 3 gear MM and 4 gear MM). Kdub (Kurt Wenger, former AE designer) had this to say on the matter: I think I count as an authority on the matter. I always run my diff screw on the right side (when sitting "inside" the car). I take off the tire and pull the outer hinge pin to get to the adjustment screw.
The right rear is the way the AE manuals state (or used to state). It really shouldn't matter since you go around turns both left and right.

Took my B6D outdoor club racing and it did quite well. I am still struggling with pushing the corners. Need more turn-in grip. The track is medium grip dirt while in the groove. Ran double doubles. Had the TQ after the first round but was bumped to second starting position after the second qual. Rough mains but ended up 3rd on the day. I also officially put my B5r up for sale. I used the setup on the manual. I did move the battery up one hole and got a little more steering but lost grip.

Yeah I just put in the 4 gear on my B6D to start with for outdoors racing. Hope to try the car out soon within the next week or so.

Ran the setup minus the shock oil recommendation and it was DIALED. It was outdoors, medium traction. So much forward bite. I could have tweaked the anti-squat to get a little more initial side bite but was happy overall. Trying the laydown this weekend for the first time on a medium to high-bite indoor track.

They were just something I wanted to do for myself. Didn't figure anyone would pay for the time I have in them. Pretty hard to compete woth the big boys. Lots of parts helps offset the cost.

Exotek shared some cool stuff over on FB including Ti driveshafts. Don't think i have seen anyone do that before.

i'll be all over those Ti bonez. but as far as aluminum wing mounts? no thanks. those things kill wings very quickly. i had the exotek alum mounts on my B5 and ditched them about 3 race days after i put them on.
