I honestly don't know but Frank should chime in. I would have to measure SCT shafts

Default Losi shocks

Just give them up, the front shocks just leak laying on the work bench. File the front A arms until the shock moves freely. I'm rigging my Losi with AE big bore shocks because they have the inner replaceable bushing between the shock body and shock shaft. The Losi 2 shocks still do not have that feature.

Well, yeah, I could rig some other shocks on there, but I really want to trust TLR to get this right. I mean, they've been in this business for a hella long time, coming out with shocks that don't constantly leak shouldn't be rocket science. My AE big bores are a great example of that, but even the regular AE aluminum shocks last much, much longer (of the B4.1 era).

I have the new 2.0 shock parts coming to try out. Also ordered up some Casper thrust bearings and new steering slider on the way.

I just put in the new X-rings ( I posted in the 22 2.0 thread my response)
I measured the length of the shafts, and they are close to 48mm and 57.5mm.

Unreal shipping Casper. Thanks!

Andrew-Did you put the machined bushings in also?

I really hope the new shock parts don't leak. Best I could find before was the Trackstar ones, but had to wait to get them. Still leaked after while. Tried the Kyosho ones, but they were not as free and made the shock feel a lot stiffer. Been pretty much rebuilding shocks every day of running with 1 stock o-ring and a low friction. Rears need it a lot more than the fronts.

New lower shock parts are unreal. don't leak and freest shocks I have ever felt.

I only installed the new X-rings.
I let them sit on shock oil for ~2 hours prior to install. used a lite coating of green slime on them, and they are in. SUPER SMOOTH, and little to no stiction that I noticed on the bench when I was bleeding them. going off the curb in front of my house felt a ton better! hope to test this week, depends on how school goes for me.

and thats without the machined spacers and bushings.
its unreal IMO, $6 and you replace every seal on all 4 shocks, including the new x rings. great deal.
ne leaks thus far, I will let yall know if they leak after my next race or practice session.

I'm hoping TLR will release the new shafts for the SCT too, I'm in need of some for sure.
