Here is Casper's MM set-up.

Just click on his set-up to download the PDF

I am currently running Franks 2014 RM set-up on my MM truck and it works great. Only thing I haven't used is the 22 2.0 rear axles. If you race on a high grip track this thing rocks.

Doesn't seem to be a problem, I have done nothing to my truck to make it work with the 2.0 front end parts.

Tons of room on the chassis for the ESC and everything else for mm on the SCT.

You can use the 2.0 RM battery hold down system as well which is nice.

Completed my build and love the truck!!! Thank you all for the help, especially Frank for answering my questions.

I need some set-up help. I am running indoor clay track, high grip. Set it up using the Dunford & Casper setup. Only deviation is no sway bars and 27.5 oil in front and rear shocks. Using Panther Rattler tires. Rear end is very loose. Suggestions to modify?

Whats the rear ride height?

I was at 25MM with the same set up and I ran no rear sway bar. as soon as I dropped the rear it was locked in.

Ride height was 27mm. Did you drop it to 25mm or start at 25mm and dropped lower?

Frank, questionsabout the 2014 RM setup.

what are you using as a spacer b/w the wheel and nut on the 2.0 buggy axles? It's a lot of space you have to eat up. can you take a quick pic of yours?

I dropped to 25 and even went to 23 at some indoor high bite tracks.

We like the panther switch 2.0 on the front to take some steering away for indoor clay. For outdoor we typically run a harder tire then the rear (MS fronts and S rears or S fronts and SS rears).

Try playing with the ride height a little as well.

I used a set of .75 hexs that I wasn't using on my buggy. Just take the screw out so you don't lose it.

I was digging in my spare and extra parts and I think I'm going to try and use the spacers from the old steering rack for wheel nut spacers.

These work, and are what I use for the spacers.

hi all

i am in christchurch new zealand and have just brought a losi 22 but am not happy with how loose on the rear it is, it is all over the place. it jumps very well but that is about all

i am currently running the factory set on a set of aka city blocks.

our track it a outdoor clay track that is very dry, dusty and has not alot of grip. it is also is quite bumpy in parts

i am running it in mid mount with saddles and i am running a 13.5t engine with a little bit of turbo.

would anybody have a setup for mid mount for a medium to low grip track that i am abe to try?

or does anyone have any suggesstions for improvement

i will upload a picture of the track surface next time i am at the track
