Compared to my other truck losi scte it was rubbish
I did all the usual associated upgrade kit just couldn't get the truck to point straight on our outdoor track was nervous under powet and nervous off power!

Hell I even wasted $50 on the rcshokz centre diff ( very minimal difference)

Bye bye sc10 glad your gone!

We have been anxiously awaiting your report. Thanks for posting.

lol, I should find a losi at the track and drive one see if it is all that.

i actually love my ft sc10 4x4. got the center diff and exotek chassis. it's a rocket. i'm not the best driver and still trying to improve. but, i have a combo of numendahl's and hartson's setup. let the fast guy at my track drive it and he immediately laid down the fastest laps at the track. this truck is sweet.

I had this same problem, someone showed me that the servo has a tendency of coming loose.

I, just like MoFo had that problem as well. Turned out it was just a loose wheel nut, now it drives great!

For sure, if your out on Thursday I can make it but I'm leaving this weekend to drive the outdoor track in palm desert.

Come back and get your large track drive on! Your 1/8 with the right tires this time will rip.

LOL if your talking about the 1/8th I was driving while I was there last time wasn't mine. It was one of my friends that I showed up with, and he actually had bar codes on them so they were the right tires. The issue I was having driving it was his controller, his Spektrm DX3S had a really loose trigger and he had his throttle EPA up really high.......... So everytime I tried to get on the throttle I had to push it in more then I'm used to for low end and since his throttle was crazy high it would take off very easily.....

Wildcat1971 07-18-2012 06:01 PM

@snafu, I after i replaced my rear diff shims and diff oil, I reassembled my car and left the rear belt off, it spun the same if I put the slipper on or not, so I dunno what is binding on yours.

I beat my record, only 1 hour this time to reshim and change diff fluid........ lol. I will give the truck this, it really handles was on black top....... lol. I put the exotek front locker in. The only difference I could tell in the street is that the front tire peeled out and the rear slipped. I could actually see the front pull the rear around. Hopefully this helps me on the track. This is the last mod/upgrade.part i plan on buying. Really hope the truck is drivable now. does not have to win every race, just drive in a straight line.

on a side note. who here believes in radio lag? Because I think I might be getting some radio lag. Please dont ask me which radio i have and suggest I get a spektrum like 90% of the people out there, lol. Just asking if you believe and radio lag and what it feels like to you.
