wow that's a nice but very technical track, wish you the best of luck. I think 16 is too much, unless you want to slowly roll up to a jump then goose it and hope to get over a triple. It's up to you, I'd rather have something a little tamer and smoother but that's just me. Is that a high grip track?

It is a clay mix. When the sun is out it dries up and gets a bit loamy (qualifiers). They water it about every 3rd heat race. When the sun goes down (mains) it is better.

that's cool man, I would do double single on that big triple, you'll be more consistent. Should be fun!

Yeah, I plan to do double double single on it. EVERYONE at that track, I'd say 10-12 guys run the Losi SCT. I think maybe 3 of us run the SC10 4x4....

Guys,

I keep seing on the setup sheets that you can adjust the wheelbase (near the rear suspension section on the top right of the setup sheet).

How is this done? I have no idea!

On your rear wheel where the cva/axle attaches to the a-arm with the hinge pin there are spacers that go on the inside. To shorten the wheelbase you put both spacers in the back, for medium you put each spacer on both sides, and to lengthen the wheelbase you put both spacers in the front...........

Generally you shorten it for better steering and lengthen it for more stability at higher speeds.

I do have one of these Ace servos spare i can use which should fit the bill then :)
Same servo horn too :D

Will keep the savox ones for the smaller cars then :)

I use the same in my truck (the Associated version, I think it's labeled the XP DS1015). They work well. I bought a servo extension when I got the servo, but ended up not needing to use it; mine reached the receiver just fine.

Good to know :)
Will install it tomorrow then, and set everything else up ready to fire up :)

Replaced Savox with Hitec 7955, my brownout and glitch problems went away. I run a rx8 and pro 4 and that savox drained the bec.

Me too, rx8 and It was useless... couldn't drive 5 seconds without a brown out.
Fine with external bec now, I didn't think I would have to go there with the rx8's 5a bec... but I did.
