That's what happens when you buy a used truck and don't build the kit yourself, you miss little things like that. Also, with the Exotek that slot is a lot more pronounced, I had to take the motor off of the motor plate to get it in there.

I can not believe this. But I got 4 scales through Amazon and and weighed my never run 4x4 I added a few weights during the build and when I used a corner weight calculator it came up 50% on the nose. could that be correct????? the one I used is http://robrobinette.com/corner_weight_calc.htm

Look, the search function works only if the searcher knows exactly what or who they're looking for.

With all the talk, side talk, glad handing and bitch festing, how can anyone find anything without asking a question?

Stop turning people off by not wanting to answer a question by answering it in a non helpful way.

I agree 100%. I've been here since the start and I remember posts that were written way back but still have trouble finding them with the search function if I don't get the words exactly right. Not quite a Google search algorithm at work here, but...

What would be a HUGE help is if we can get the first page of this thread updated. I just went through it and there is some way out of date stuff there. I know this was brought up a few pages back but has anyone had any luck getting anywhere with this? Who is the mod we need to pound on to get this done?

Basically box set-up just changed diff oil and 20k-7k and shock 30-r 35-f yellow rear-blue front. Never drove it yet just a couple of laps around the basement. Oh, Havoc pro with 4.5 550 and a turnigy stick ack 6000mah 65c-120c when I weighed it battery centered front to rear. The scales where Amazon specials $7 to the door each thats $28 for all four. They all are the same I weighed a bottle open 26.4g on each scale so they all seem to be the same. just went up to $7 each http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0078JEIKO

Using the search function here is worthless, dang here at least.

Your better off going to google, doing the same search as here, but adding rctech to the end. Doing this might actually lead you to were you want to go.

He did answer it, in a helpful way, and got handed his ass anyway.

But I understand what you're saying.

That looks right.

If you want to see what it looks like wrong, go put two turns on the FR two turns on the RL and reweigh it.

It's amazing how the lesson's we are taught as children have such relevence when we become adults. It's a shame we forget our manner's, or the lesson's our parents or teacher's tried to teach us along with reading, writing, and arithmetic..

Momma ever tell ya.... If you don't have anything nice to say... don't say anything at all

Lord it would be a much better forum,,,internet,,,society.. If only we would;)

Adding site:rctech.net to the Google search string will only return results from this site.

To search only the electric offroad forum, add site:rctech.net/forum/electric-off-road/ .

To search just this thread, add site:rctech.net/forum/electric-off-road/511493-sc10-4x4-thread- . You can also search specific pages/page ranges by adding their specific numbers to the end. For example, say you want to search pages 1200 - 1299, just search with site:rctech.net/forum/electric-off-road/511493-sc10-4x4-thread-12 . Note that this will also return results for page 12, and pages 120 - 129.

Have a clutch basket in the FS section if any one is interested.
