Make sure your inner center belt tunnel screws arent too tight. if they are, it will not "telescope" under hard impacts, causing it to bend outwards. Ive done it before, and even with the chassis brace, the truck still has enough flex for this to happen.
Typically i bottom my screws out, then unthread them one complete turn. Hope that helps

Check to make sure your motor plate is in the groove. That was my issue when I had that problem

I had this issue on my truck and I think the new owner of it said it had something to do with the motor plate not being straight as he recently fixed the issue.

Jeff, check all of the fasteners that hold the three pieces of the chassis together. Also, check the ends of your brace to see if it is broken. Hope that helps...

So, today, I finally found out what it is like to be "Losi'd", lol. Man, are those things tanks but at least no damage and only a bit of a wait for marshalling to happen as it was only practise day.
I tried the blue front springs on the rear of mine and added 10 turns of the adjusters. It made my setup way too stiff as the rear inside lifted at the slightest provocation, so I went the opposite direction and put the greens on with one less turn of adjustment. It was a noticable improvement over the blues but I need the whites put in before the first round tomorrow. I can hardly wait for the FT coming my way so I can get it dialed in for the next indoor series. All the adjustments and metal upgrades done to my RTR will be done to the FT and once the FT is up and running, that is the time I will work with the ball diff in the original truck. That way, I can see exactly what handling improvements will be there with one truck compared directly to the other. A carpet may or may not be the best place to use the ball diff. Would it? Take care. Don |

Look, the search function works only if the searcher knows exactly what or who they're looking for. With all the talk, side talk, glad handing and bitch festing, how can anyone find anything without asking a question? Stop turning people off by not wanting to answer a question by answering it in a non helpful way. |
