They most likely underrate there C value. TrueRC lipos does that or at least, that is what people say. So if you need say a 30C pack, and it really performs like a 40C, great. Better that way than a 20C pack actually being overrated at 30C. :D

Some of the expensive guys have C Ratings that are not really clear, and unfortunately, have removed the "clarifications" from there site.
