Now onto batteries will a 30c rating pack be enough for stock 17.5? Plan to go with GensAce I have had great luck with them in my 1/8ths as well. I am not even close to the fast guy at my track .... still working on driving skills so keep that in mind.

One more thing do you guys know what size bearings are used in the front wheels for the B4.1 and T4.1? I got a bearing kit from Avid and did not look to see if those are included or not Either way I would like to order up a few extras to have.
I run the gens ace 40c 5000mah packs in all my cars with great results. I too am by no means the fastest guy either but my car can keep up fine. as you mentioned you are still working on your driving so these batteries will suit you fine until you get to that next level where it may make a difference. for the $ you cant go wrong.

Ah Hah ! Try #2 pistons in the rear and 24mm ride height all the way around, you WILL notice a difference with the big bore springs then.

my testing brought me to the conclusion that the stock springs make the car feel more precise/darty. Maybe you are just used to that feel and it suits you better. I would say give the BB springs 2 weekends and then try the stock springs again and see if you are better with one or the other. for me, I was more consistant with BB but quicker hot lap with stock. So I chose the BB (and they look cooler ). It really comes down to you and what you like better.

lol I have the 30C version of those packs. I'm not lacking for power either. Although I don't run in a spec or blinky class.

I really like my two Turnigy hardcase lipos. One of them is a 65C 6000mAh nano-tech, the other's a 20C 5000mAh regular. They both run the stock Reedy 3300kV (RTR) just great. No heat, no swelling, excellent run time, great reviews overall, and the price is

The 65C was about $50 shipped, the 20C was $25 shipped

You can obviously spend more for another name, but these have been tried by many folks with very good results.

Default rear arms

I saw on the a couple set up sheets that some are using B44 rear arms is there a big difference in these over the B4?

Different compound. I believe the B44 rear arms are a softer plastic, allows more flex. I believe it only makes a "noticable" difference on high bite surfaces. I'm using them in combo with the B44 stock rear hubs (0*) and I love the way it drives.

think it has been said that b4 is the most stiff, followed by b44 arms, followed by b4.1 arms.

B4 Carbon rear arms-Most stiff and most likely to break
B44 rear arms-Between plastic and carbon, some flex
B4 standard rear arms-The most flex, can give traction on loose tracks, less likely to break than the rest
