Thinking about getting a RC10T4.1 to get back into the hobby.. obviously brushed motors aren't popular any more, which ESC and brushed motor combination is recommended?

Nothing other than the standard V1 or V2 shocks are "made" for the b4.1, there are some people that make the TQ/Losi/Kyosho big bores work on the car.

interesting call? If one was going to change shocks could it be to these? Some have suggested that Kyosho shocks are the go. The 1/10 big bore can seem a bit costly ($20 springs an' all). are these legal?

I've found a Tekin combo reliable and competitive in a B4. I'd like to try a Duo 3 in T4 when i buy one. heaps of torque??

normal range is 24p, 25p, 26p /81s ,no boost

make sure the transmission is free & clean, check for bad rear hub bearing, tight wheel nut, ect ...

Those are going to be too big, they are designed for an 1/8th scale buggy and will be overkill IF you can get them to fit. The only shocks out there that will work are going to be the TQ/TLR/Kyosho big bores and will take some spacing to fit right.

Try the K-spring & #3piston with 22w first before experimenting with another brand shock...

I really like this new design! Some people are going to say this looks like the FTW body, but this is sooooo much more refined and appealing.
