RC10B4.1 FT/WC
How often do you guys change the gears inside your diff? My diff started making noise when I squeeze the throttle (on power) kind of like when your pinion & spur gear mesh is to tight. Pulled the diff apart, cleaned everything & sanded the groove out of my rings. Put it all back together with fresh thrust bearing balls. Still makes the noise. It's not the honking noise from a slipping diff. That is what has me puzzled. Slipper is set to pull the front up about 1-2".
Couple questions for you guys, I am getting my FTB4.1 today (the post office had lost the box for over a week and a half)
I am going to be running a grear diff in it (got one in my T4.1 as well) what fluids are you guys going with for a med/high traction tight indoor track? Local guys are running 3k in their trucks.
Now onto batteries will a 30c rating pack be enough for stock 17.5? Plan to go with GensAce I have had great luck with them in my 1/8ths as well. I am not even close to the fast guy at my track .... still working on driving skills so keep that in mind.
One more thing do you guys know what size bearings are used in the front wheels for the B4.1 and T4.1? I got a bearing kit from Avid and did not look to see if those are included or not
Either way I would like to order up a few extras to have.

The battery will be fine.
Also not ROAR approved yet. Which does not matter for club racing but it does matter for the Roar events I will be attending this year.

Quick question, hoping someone can help me out. Could one of your guys measure the new shocks center to center, front and rear, without limiters please and thanks? I'd like to start putting together parts for a project but I don't have my gear in Spain with me, it's in Germany currently. Thanks in advance!

Its the big gear. They get out of shape. My dads b4.1 was making a noise so we put a newer gear and sanded down the top shaft spacer. Now it is as good as new.
