I used the rpm collars and the only place I had to dremel was the front tower. hmm..

So I finally got all the parts in for my BB conversion. I have the silver and orange springs for the front and pink and yellow springs for the rear.

My old set up was
brown/inside tower/outside arm/#2 pistons/30wt/2 limiters

green/inside tower/inside arm/#2 pistons/27.5wt/2 limiters

I think i'm going to leave the back set up the same and just put the yellow on since they are almost exactly the same spring rate, but what should I do with the front? I guess I could put orange on and leave it the same, but what if I put on silver? Inside tower/inside arm/#2/30wt/5 limiters? That's what paul wynn is doing except with kyosho yellow (same rate as losi silver)

start out with silver and pink. Adjust from there. Don't change anything else on your setup for now. See how the car feels different, and then tune around it.

We used a combination of the Kyosho and Losi Collars. Something a lot of people are doing around my local track.

Default Weight

I have put the ballast in front of the transmission. 1/4 in each rear triangle. Where else do you add weight???

The production chassis is made out of the original b4 plastic, not the b4.1 plastic

Default Technical question

If I move the front arms outward on the C block from the inside hole to the middle hole what exactly will that do for stability and turning? Thanks.

Those seem to be the most common but some run the orange or even the red fronts as well. Reds are too soft for me personally.

I add weight in the tower (1oz) the triangles to the rear of the chasisis, 1/4 in each. 1/4 oz in each front triangle. 1/4 oz on top of the top plate. 1/2 oz next to the receiver.
